Method

Our search method is based on the direct method approach.
The direct approach is an active, thorough, confidential and efficient method comprising the following steps:

  • Collecting information about the company, its employees and products
  • Defining the position by placing it in its proper technical and economic environment. These specifications are used by the company and DIANES and serve as a “job book” for potential candidates,
  • Developing a search strategy,
  • Intensive and systematic identification of potential candidates in targeted companies,
  • Evaluation of potential candidates during in-depth interviews and with the possible assistance of outside experts,
  • Regular reporting on the mission’s progress,
  • Providing a detailed report about each candidate presented including a summary of their professional experience, an evaluation of their personality and, at the client’s request, a handwriting analysis and/or personality test.
  • Assistance in the final selection, verifying the candidate’s references and participation in drafting the offer,
  • Assisting the Client’s negotiations with the candidate,
  • Following up the candidate’s integration.
