Our Fees

Our fees vary between 25 to 35% of the total gross annual salary of the employee recruited and are based on the difficulty of the mission and its international scope.

They are set and paid in the following manner:

• the first installment when the client signs the agreement,
• the second installment when the first candidates are introduced,
• the balance when a candidate signs a commitment letter.

DIANES uses a Master Agreement for most of its clients and complies with its requirements.
